A. J. Starrett, age 85, of LaFollette passed away Sunday, December 24, 2023. He was a member of Clear Branch Baptist Church and a longtime, well-known insurance agent in the area. He was preceded in death by Sons: Mike Starrett and Mark Starrett, Grandson: Dylan Starrett, Parents: Andrew and Naomi Starrett, and Sisters: Bobbie Mattie and Pauline Goins.

Son: Myron and Elizabeth Starrett

Grandsons: Brett and Mandy Starrett, Justin and Donita Starrett, and Mark Starrett Jr.

Daughters-in-Law: Teresa Mefford and Jerri Starrett

Brother: Kenny and Nancy Starrett

Sister: Hazel Boles

Several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

A private Graveside Service will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery.
