LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Mikey Bowlin is the winner of the $1,000 cash giveaway at JR’s Tires for the Month of December. Jaylynn Kitts Malone, the grand daughter of JR, drew Mikey’s name out of the bucket on Friday afternoon. WLAF’s Bill Waddell was also there to shake the bucket.
