GULF BREEZE, FL (WLAF) – It’s been a whirlwind week for the Campbell Lady Cougar basketball team; a long road trip to the Gulf coast along with three games in three days. It’s the final day in the Innisfree Hotels Beach Basketball Classic with the Lady Cougars taking on Braden River High.

Campbell had a three point loss to Eastside of Taylors, South Carolina, and a 44-27 win over South Paulding of Douglasville, Georgia, on Thursday. It’s an all Tennessee tourney for Braden River, The Lady Pirates lost on Wednesday to Morristown East and fell to Walker Valley, the team from Cleveland Campbell defeated 53-43 at home on Dec. 19.

Campbell is 12 & 2 while Braden River of Bradenton, Florida, is 4 & 6.
