LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Department managers at the LaFollette Tennova Nursing and Rehabilitation Center will be putting on a Nativity play for all the health and rehab residents at the center this coming Monday.
According to Facility Compliance Officer Missy Turner, putting on a Christmas Nativity play for the residents was Chief Nursing Officer Jessica Muse’s idea.
The Department managers were trying on costumes and rehearsing on Wednesday.
They will do the play “a couple times on Monday so that all the residents get to enjoy it.”
According to Muse and Turner, the department managers wanted to do something special for the residents for the holiday season. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 12/15/2023-6AM)
WHAT A GREAT THING TO DO FOR THOSE RESIDENTS IN THE REHAB CENTER…..THAT TOOK TIME AND EFFORT TO DO THE COSTUMS…..SO PLEASED WITH THIS….I SURE HOPE THE PATIENTS ENJOY THIS…THIS IS WHAT CHRISTMAS IS ALL ABOUT…DOING FOR OTHERS WHO OTHERWISE WOULD NOT GET TO SEE THIS…I REALLY THANK ALL WHO PARTICIATED IN THIS…AND I WANT TO THANK WLAF….THIS IS DEFINITELY MY HOME TOWN STATION…WHAT WOULD WE DO WITH OUT THEM….I LOVE MY STATION AND LISTED TO IT …….THANK YOU FOR THE OBITURATIONS ESPECIALLY…SO I CAN KEEP UP WITH THEM….AND LAFOLLETTE IS BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED…THANK YOU PYRO SHOWS EMPLOYE WHO DOES THIS SO FAITHFULLY….I LOVE IT…MERRY CHRISTMAS TO OUR CITY EMPLOYEES AND WLAF….I WISH I COULD SAY MORE…JUST SIMPLY LOVE THE DECORATIONS IN THE STORES TOO…..I LOVE LAFOLLETTE TENNESSE…IT HAS BEEN MY HOME FOR SO MANY YEARS……..
