Betty Jean Westmoreland Carver, age 68 of Pigeon Forge, formerly of Rocky Top, passed away on Monday, December 11, 2023 at her home. She was born on August 22, 1955 to the late Shirley and Bernice Goodman Westmoreland in Harriman Tennessee. Betty had a big heart and truly enjoyed spending time with her family. She worked a part-time job at Dollywood where she made many friends. Betty was a member of Main Street Baptist Church and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by: brother, Dennis Westmoreland; and granddaughter, Savannah Faubion.

She is survived by: husband of 48 years Elmer Carver; children, Melissa Faubion and husband David, Evelyn Carver, and Ivan Carver and wife Theresa; siblings, Bobby Westmoreland, Iva Venuto, Terry Westmoreland, Lorena Meyer and husband Andy, and Jackie Westmoreland; grandchildren, Joey, Haley, Ethan, Kylee, Allie, Chase, Kelsi, Kadi, Peyton, Karah, Zack; great-grandchildren, Kayson, Roman, Willow, and one on the way, Freya; several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

The family receive friends at the Leach Family Funeral Home and Cremation on Thursday, December 14, 2023 from 5 to 7pm with the funeral service to follow at 7pm with Rev. Wayne Phillips and Rev. Greg Goodman officiating. Graveside service will be on Friday, December 15, 2023 at 10 AM at Grandview Memorial Gardens.
