LAFOLLETTE, TN. (WLAF)- Ten people have been arrested and are facing multiple charges after the execution of a search warrant.

Yesterday, the Campbell County Sheriff’s Department took the warrant to 162 Beals Ln. and 154 Beals Ln., LaFollette where they allegedly found drugs, drug paraphernalia and a neglected child.

Once there, police searched the home and a camper on the property.

As police investigated the scene, they were able to confirm the camper was stolen out of Ohio, the report said.

Inside the camper (above photo), police found several people who all allegedly admitted to being active Methamphetamine users as well as dealers.

They also found a two-year-old child in a urine soaked bed with a backpack containing Methamphetamine within reach. Along with this, dirty pots and pans and rotten food, were discovered in the camper, the report said.

A two-year old child from Beals Lane was placed into Children Services, according to officials.

Those arrested were:

Joseph Allen Nelson, 29, 1340 12 Mile Rd. Richmond, Ohio.

He is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and theft of property $10,000 to $59,999. Nelson was located in the camper. As police searched the camper, they allegedly found two hypodermic syringes. He allegedly admitted he didn’t own the camper but had been staying in it about a month, the report said.  

Tara Nicole Pasco, 43, 162 Beals Ln., LaFollette.

Pasco, who was in the camper with Nelson, attempted to conceal her identity from police by allegedly giving them a fake name and Social Security number. However, they were able to discover her real name through social media. She had been living with Nelson in the stolen camper for the last month, the report said. As police searched the camper, they allegedly found two hypodermic syringes. Pasco is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, theft of property $10,000 to $59,999 and criminal impersonation.

Juanita Wicks, 41, 154 Beals Ln., LaFollette.

Wicks was charged with child abuse/ neglect, possession of drug paraphernalia and manufacture, delivery, sell of Methamphetamine. Based on the report it appears she was related to or was the caregiver for the child as that portion of the arrests was detailed in her report. Also within her report it was noted Wicks was connected to multiple glass pipes, a set of digital scales and 11 plastic bags. After allegedly admitting to using Methamphetamine, Wicks told police she also sold the drug for an unnamed individual who paid her in a “small amount of Methamphetamine.”

Fleshia Noel Kidwell, 37, 154 Beals Ln., LaFollette.

Kidwell was also in the camper, according to the report. In connection with her, police allegedly found “multiple glass pipes with residue and syringes with blood and unknown liquids,” the report said. Kidwell is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation. After a check of her records it was discovered she had an outstanding warrant for failing to pay child support.

Clifford Alan Meyers, 39, 164 Beals Ln., LaFollette.

Meyers is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after being found in the residence where “multiple glass pipes with residue” were found. Meyers allegedly attempted to flee and became belligerent, according to the report.

Lattesia Ann Lawson, 59, 162 Beals Ln., LaFollette.

Lawson was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after being found in the residence where three glass pipes and a bong, used to smoke marijuana, were located, the report said.

Briana Christine Sizemore, 23, 162 Beals Ln., LaFollette.

She was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Sizemore was in the camper. Her possession charge stems from plastic baggies, a glass pipe, a glass bong and cigarette pack with “corner cut baggies.”

Elizabeth Anne Meyers, 38, 162 Beals Ln., LaFollette.

Meyers was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after being found in the residence where three glass pipes and a bong were located, the report said.

Christopher Lawson. 57, 162 Beals Ln., LaFollette.

Lawson is the owner of the home, according to county property records. In his home, police allegedly found a set of digital scales, four small bags “with stars on them,” $202, two pill bottles and 19 grams of a crystal like substance. Police believe that substance was Methamphetamine, the report said. Lawson is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and manufacture, delivery and sell of Methamphetamine.

Jonathan Lee Duncan, 24, 162 Beals Ln., LaFollette.

Duncan was also located in the camper where police found multiple glass pipes, a bong, a crystal like substance believed to be Methamphetamine. Duncan allegedly admitted to using Methamphetamine as well as selling it to support his drug habit. Charges levied against Duncan are possession of drug paraphernalia and manufacture, delivery and sell of Methamphetamine.
