Eight people indicted

JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- The following indictments were handed down last week by the Campbell County Grand Jury:

Michael S. Sweat- two counts of domestic assault, two counts of child abuse and neglect

Glenda Faye Smith – simple  possession of a schedule I controlled substance (Heroin), two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of driving on a suspended license,  simple  possession of a schedule  II controlled substance (Meth) with intent to sell

Glenda Faye Smith – evading arrest, driving on a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia

Anders Cabrera Hernandez – failure to exercise due care, failure to yield, leaving the scene of the accident with injury, failure to report accident, felony evading arrest

Carrie Anne Wagner – two counts of aggravated assault by strangulation, aggravated assault

Carrie Anne Wagner – theft under $1,000

Robert Tyler Trippensee – possession of a schedule II controlled substance (Meth) with intent to sell, possession of a schedule II controlled substance (Meth) with intent to deliver, theft under $1,000, resisting arrest

Margaret Ann Riggs-Sharp – aggravated assault, theft under $1,000, felony evading arrest, reckless endangerment

Mark Aden Baker- evading arrest, resisting arrest

 Josette Angela Lemaire – resisting arrest
