JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – A couple of teams trying to shake two-game losing skids met up on Reynolds Field Friday night.

Boone was the team that snapped its losing streak as it defeated Campbell 44-21. It was the first game of the season that Campbell never held a lead.

Boone improves to 2 & 4 while the Cougars slip to 2 & 4. Next up for the Trailblazers is Sep. 29 trip to Newport to face Cocke County while Campbell plays its second of three straight home games when it hosts the Gibbs Eagles.
