TOP PHOTO: A shed fire threatened a nearby home on Friday afternoon, and firefighters with the Campbell County Rural Fire Service responded.

A shed was completely destroyed by fire on Friday afternoon. However, the nearby home was saved.

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – At 1:35 Friday afternoon, the Campbell County Rural Fire Service was dispatched to Chambers Road just off of River Road. The caller reported that a shed was on fire.

The burning shed was around 30-feet from a home.

Though it suffered minor damage, this home was saved from fire on Friday afternoon.

Firefighters arrived to find the shed fully involved and siding on the home melting.

There were no injuries in Friday’s fire on Chambers Road.
