Emma Jean Elliott, age 80 of Rocky Top, passed away on Saturday, September 9, 2023. She retired from Powell-Clinch Utility District in Rocky Top after 30 years of service. Emma was a member of Clear Branch Baptist Church and will be dearly missed.

Emma was preceded death by her husband, Arthur Elliott; parents, Ulys and Arbania Martin; sister, Charlene Harmon; brother, George Martin; and granddaughter, Olivia “Livy”.

She is survived by her son, Eric Mocsari and wife Malissa; daughter, Chrystal Ann Williams and husband David; grandchildren, Whitney, Michael, Daniel, and Bethany; sisters, Ruby Bradshaw and Husband Roy Lynn, Billie Sue Duncan; brother, Thomas Martin and wife Guyneth; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

A memorial service will take place at the Leach Family Funeral Home and Cremation on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at 2pm.
