Jesse Lee Phillips, age 71, of the Stoney Fork Community went home to be with his Lord and Savior Monday, August 28, 2023. He has been a faithful member of Beech Fork Baptist Church for 40 plus years. He loved to help anyone he could at any time. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son and brother. He loved all his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all.

Preceded in death by Father: Arlie (Doc) Phillips, Son: Jamie Lee Phillips, Granddaughter: Marilyn Breanna Bullock, Mother-in-Law: Reba Dean Byrge, Nephew: Michael Berry.

Survived by:

Wife of 51 years Judy Phillips

Daughters: Tina Phillips and Arlene Bullock

Grandson: Jacob Bullock

Son-In-Law: Adam Bullock

Mother: Veltina Phillips

Brothers: Don Phillips and Kenny Phillips

Sisters: Pearl Ward, Mary (Danny) Berry, Anita Gibson, Rebecca (Matthew) Ward and Belinda (Junior) Marlow

A whole host of brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 11 AM Thursday Beech Fork Baptist Church, Rev. C. W. Fraker and Rev. Randy Wallace officiating.

Interment to follow in Beech Fork Cemetery with Military Honors with Campbell County Honor Guard.

The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Wednesday, August 30th at Cross-Smith Funeral Home.
