LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – A Regional Planning Commission meeting took place Thursday afternoon at the LaFollette Municipal building.

Three items were on the agenda and all three were approved.

First, the commission agreed to abandon an unopened street beside 815 West Central Avenue. This will be sent onto council for further action.

Next, applicant John Davenport was approved to add a walk-in cooler to his establishment located at 2226 Jacksboro Pike (top photo).

Last, Johnathan Robertson was approved for a Powder Coating business located at 1221 Jacksboro Pike, the Woodson Shopping Center.
