The Campbell County Rural Fire Service, the Caryville Volunteer Fire Department and the Tennessee Division of Forestry battled a brush fire for three hours Thursday afternoon at the Campbell County Sanitation Station on Towe String Road.

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – Around 3:45pm Thursday, the Campbell County Rural Fire Service was dispatched to a brush fire at the Campbell County Sanitation Station on Towe String Rd.

The CCRFS, along with the Caryville Volunteer Fire Department and the Tennessee Division of Forestry worked for three hours to contain the 10 acre blaze. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 04/07/2023-6AM)
