Patricia Kinser, age 87 of Rocky Top, Tennessee passed away July 20, 2022. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother. She loved being a nurse and grandmother. She is preceded in death by her first husband Charles Job, parents Herb and Beth Orr Smith, sister Joyce George, son Bert Job, and many other loving family members.

A private family service will be held.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Community Health of East Tennessee
