DUFF, TN (WLAF) – A homeless woman was arrested for the 33rd time when a Campbell County Sheriff’s deputy picked her up on outstanding warrants from Campbell and Anderson Counties. Deputy Jacob Fox located Cassandra Rachelle Marlow at a home at 181 Dykes Hatfield Lane at White Oak late Thursday night.

Deputy Fox tracked Marlow to the Dykes Hatfield Lane home where the homeowner gave him permission to enter. Fox found Marlow in a back room that led to a back door. Marlow was placed under arrest without incident.

Marlow is housed in the Campbell County Jail this morning on a $2,500 secure bond awaiting tomorrow’s court appearance. The 39-year old Marlow is unemployed and was booked for the 33rd time based on jail records. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 02/16/2022-6AM)
