JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – A welfare check at the intersection of Lawson Lane and Towe String Rd last Thursday ended with an arrest. Campbell County Sheriff’s Deputy Justin Phillips responded to the call at noon and found a male identified as James Dylan Lane walking on Towe String Rd near the intersection of Lawson Lane.

When Phillips spoke with Lane, he reported that he had been arguing with his mom and was walking down the road to get away. He stated that he was on probation, and he wasn’t current on his probation. Phillips discovered that there was an arrest warrant for Lane for the violation of probation from general sessions court in Campbell County, according to a report from the sheriff’s department.
