Samuel “Sam” Paul Weltch, age 24 of Caryville, TN passed away March 9 2021 at Turkey Creek Medical Center. He was born July 10, 1996 in Jellico, TN. Sam loved to hang out with friends and family and listen to music. Survivors include, son Elias Weltch who he loved more than anything, mother Christel Weltch, grandmother Pamela Youakim, brothers Bruce, Ty, and Quintin, Sisters Rachel and Megan, and several nieces and nephews all of Campbell County. He is preceded in death by his grandfather Joseph Youakim and great grandmother Martha White. 

Interment: 2:00pm Monday March 15, 2021 at Cox Cemetery in Clinton, TN
