Anderson Corrections Officer DUI and driving wrong way

CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF) - A Corrections Officer with the Anderson County Sheriff's Office was pulled over late Saturday night for going the wrong way on the four lane at Caryville according to a report from the Caryville Police Department.


Displaying wrong tag leads to guns, drugs and an arrest

CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF) - A routine traffic stop by Caryville Police Officer Daniel Garrett led to an arrest in the wee hours of Friday morning.  Garrett pulled over a 2004  camoflaged Nissan Exterra for displaying  the tags to another vehicle.


School board votes to borrow $4 million for roof, HVAC projects at ten schools

Three-car pile up snarls rush hour traffic

Paran Road and don't smile when you see Conner Lane's picture on the sign dedicating that stretch of road in his memory, you must be looking the other way.  The sign stands beside the road at the Campbell County Highway Department on the way to Conner's home.
