On the corner of South Cumberland and East Kentucky Avenues in La Follette sits a small white church that almost blends into its surroundings.

But on Sunday at 11 am, the East Side Wesleyan Church hopes to stand out with a special service.  “There is hope” is a service featuring guest speaker Angie Gilliam.  She will share her story about surrender, forgiveness, restoration and redemption.  Gilliam credits God for her recovery from a 27-year addiction to pain pills.

The public is invited to attend the service.  For more information contact Pastor David Lucas at 423.503-2873. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 10/12/2018-6AM)
