The following cases were resolved last week in Campbell County Criminal Court through the use of plea agreements in which the defendants plead guilty:  -Tammy Pennington- possession of schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell, criminal impersonation, resisting arrest; 30 days to serve with credit for time served, three years supervised probation, court costs, $2,000 fine, report to jail Aug. 22 to finish sentence

-Stephanie Danielle Smith- DUI; two days to serve with credit for time served, 11 months, 29 days unsupervised probation, court costs, $350 fine, attend one MADD Impact Panel, loss of driver’s license for one year

-Joshua Lee Baird- violation of the HMVO; 35 days to serve with credit for time served, one year community corrections probation, court costs

-Kenny Wayne Wallace- DUI; submit to a violation of probation, serve 75 percent of 11 months, 29 days

-Angie Marie Ellis- theft over $1,000; two years supervised probation, court costs, $200 restitution, $75 fine

-Cory Scott Gibson- burglary, theft over $1,000; 36 days to serve with credit for time served, four years supervised probation, court costs, $75 fine, $4,075 restitution, no contact with the victim

-Patrick Tyler Harmening- theft under $1,000, theft over $1,000, introduction of contraband into penal facility and attempted tampering with evidence; 29 days to serve with credit for time served, four years supervised probation, court costs, $150 fine, $385 restitution, no contact with victims

-Jodi Leah Goins- evading arrest, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, driving on a revoked driver’s license; 11 months 29 days at 75 percent, three years at 30 percent, six months at 75 percent, all time to be served concurrently, submit to violation of probation, loss of driver’s license for six months

-Raven Lee Roberts- reckless endangerment, public intoxication, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, auto burglary; 21 days to serve with credit for time served, 11 months, 29 days and two years supervised probation, court costs, $825 fine

-Cliff Justin Ayers- aggravated domestic assault- 30 days to serve with credit for time served, three years supervised probation, court costs, no contact with the victim, complete anger management class

-Robert Dewayne Rookard- two counts sale of schedule VI controlled substance, two counts delivery of schedule VI controlled substance, official misconduct; court costs, $4,000 fine, $500 contribution to the CCSO Drug Fund

-Samantha Ann Szymanski- burglary, vandalism over $10,000; seven days to serve with credit for time served, five years supervised probation, no contact with victim

-Alford Plea or Best Interest Plea ( a plea by a defendant who claims to be innocent but realizes the evidence is too strong for a trial) entered by:

-Evan Matthew McCoy- theft under $1,000; 11 months, 29 days probation, court costs, $75 fine, $385.81 restitution  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 07/30/2018-6AM)
