LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- It’s the dog days of summer, and the battle for hot dog sales supremacy hangs in the balance for La Follette’s two Big O’s. “Each location averages 1,400 hot dog sales each month, and they’re both well above that,” said Big O’s Manager Chris Busby.
Today is the final day in the Hot Dog Wars.
As of close of business on Tuesday, Big O’s Cumberland has a 116 hot dog sales lead over Big O’s Valley. Each location has sold more than 2,000 so far in July.

WLAF listener Pam Suttles was first in line for a hot dog one morning earlier this month at Big O’s Valley.
