She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews, whom she loved and enjoyed keeping up with all of them on Face Book. She is also survived by special K-Mart co-workers and her many “K-Mart kids,” in addition, her bank customers.
She was lovingly known as Mom, Nana or Sissy Gayle. She seemed to be every child’s nana. She made an impact on those that came to know her. Her journey on this earth was one marked by love, caring, and faith in God. Her passing will leave a void in the hearts of her family, friends and many more whose lives she touched.
She attended Cedar Hill Baptist Church, where she was part of the Jeff Evans Sunday School Class.
She worked at K-Mart for many years where she encouraged, motivated and mentored (and yes, spoiled) many young people that were just starting out their working lives. She loved them and they loved her back. She also worked at Community Trust Bank for many years at the drive through window. She took loving care of many customers, their children (with suckers) along with their pets (with treats)!
The family will receive friends on Saturday September 27, 2025 from 11 AM to 1 PM at Cedar Hill Baptist Church. Funeral service will follow at 1 PM with Rev. Bryan Burge and Rev. Lynn Ray officiating. Interment will follow at Jacksboro Cemetery.
The family has entrusted the care of Wilma Gayle Justice Snodgrass to Martin Wilson Funeral Home “Where Families Matter Most.”
