Webber Vernie Jewell (Loy), 93, of Clinton, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday August 2nd. She is preceded in death by her parents James Henderson Loy and Nellie Frances (Foust) Loy, husband, William Burl (Bill) Webber; sons, Donnie, Danny, Terry, Benny Cooper; Daughter, Lisa ( Cooper) Ezell; Brothers , Linton and Vintley Loy ; Sisters , Macie Warwick, Irene Brown, Mervie Holbert, Thelma Loy, and Evelyn Burden. She is survived by three children, Henderson E and (Sherri) Cooper of Jacksboro, Darlene and (Michael) Arnn of Clinton, and Larry Cooper of Clinton; one sister, Elizabeth (Libby) Sherwood of Clinton; Stepdaughters: Carrol Ann Webber, and Karen Webber 20 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren. Service to be held at 2pm on Thurs Aug 6th at Valley View Missionary Baptist Church at 1004 Old Dutch Valley Rd in Clinton, where she had been a long-time member. Rev Alan Giles and Rev Chad Ricker officiating. Surrounded by the enduring love of our family and friends, we are honored to have David Cooper, Eliott Fountain, Joe Cooper, Daniel Sherwood, Bryan Loy, and Justin Johnson serve as pallbearers.
