Campbell County’s first UT LIFESTAR patient transport was October 31, 2014

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- Campbell County Mayor Jack Lynch, members of the county commission and others gathered late Wednesday afternoon at Colonel Tommy C. Stiner Airfield to recognize the 10th anniversary of UT LIFESTAR in Campbell County.

Mayor Jack Lynch and Commissioner Rusty Orick (right) presented Matt Owens and Jeff Gregory (left) with the proclamation honoring UT LIFESTAR. Gregory is retiring in December, and Owens is now the new Director of UT LIFESTAR.

“One night a friend of mine was at home and heard UT LIFESTAR go over, and she said a little prayer for the person they were transporting. Come to find out it turned out to be my friends daughter. She survived and is doing well,” said Campbell County Commissioner Beverly Hall.
