There is a total of four applicants so far


JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- So far, only four individuals have applied to become the next Director of Schools for Campbell County. “It’s still early in the process. The deadline to apply is Feb. 26,” said Jeffrey Miller, Chairman of the Campbell County Board of Education.
Those who are in the running are Jerry Gibson, Danny Sheckles, Levi Collins and Lori Adkins-Clemons. Each has applied with the Tennessee School Board Association (TSBA).
The two Campbell Countians who have applied are Sheckles and Adkins-Clemons. Both are veteran educators, each having principal experience. Sheckles is currently the principal at Wynn School while Adkins-Clemons is the Elementary Supervisor at the Central Office.


Gibson is Deputy Director, TABI, of League City, Texas, while Collins is Superintendent of Cascade Public Schools at Cascade, Montana.
