Town leaders to hold two meetings on Thursday

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- The Town of Jacksboro Beer Board is scheduled to meet Thursday at 2pm at Town Hall followed by the regular monthly meeting.

Among the items on the agenda is a request to the Election Commission to hold a city election on the first Saturday of April 2025 for mayor and two aldermen, each for four year terms. A resolution in support of opposition to the proposed price hikes by the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Association (TWRA).
