Tommy Lee Byrge, age 71, of LaFollette

Tommy Lee Byrge, age 71, of LaFollette passed away surrounded by his family on Wednesday, December 24, 2025. He was of the Baptist Faith and a US Army Veteran.  Preceded in death by Daughter: Lorie Mae Byrge, parents: Rev. Joby and Edith Brock Byrge, sister: Beulah Byrge. He was an avid UT Vols fan.

Survived by

Daughters: Dayna McCarter and husband Steven, Angie Cooper, Crystal Crisp

Sons: Tommy Byrge and wife Felicha, Chris White and wife Kim, Daniel Byrge

Seventeen Grandchildren

Six Great-Grandchildren

Brothers: Bobby Byrge and wife Nadine, Larry Byrge and wife Dawn,

Roger Byrge and wife Pam, Johnny Byrge and wife Laura.

Sisters: Shelby Day and husband James, Deanna Byrge Miller, Melissa Craft and husband Kevin

Several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Special thanks to Select Specialty North Knox Hospital and Tennova LaFollette Health and Rehab for their loving care.

The family will receive friends 1-3 PM Sunday, December 28, 2025 at Cross-Smith Funeral Home. Funeral Service 3 PM at Cross-Smith Chapel, Rev. Troy Arnold and Rudy Mundy officiating. Interment will follow the service at Campbell Memorial Gardens with Military Honors to be given by Honor Guard of Campbell County.
