Three arrested on narcotics charges, all still in jail

Sheriff’s investigators seize 39 firearms and an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency

JELLICO, TN. (WLAF)- Three people are facing narcotics charges after a search warrant execution.  On Oct. 17 Investigators with the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office had conducted an undercover operation and had documented citizen complaints in order to obtain and execute this search warrant.

The warrant was executed at 728 Wooldridge Lane in Jellico. As a result of the operation, investigators seized 39 firearms and an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency.

The following individuals were arrested and transported to the Campbell County Jail:

Luke Williams, 37, Jellico

Luke Williams is charged with maintaining a drug house, possession of a firearm in the commission of a dangerous felony, possession/manufacture/sell/delivery of schedule II methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia (felony), possession/manufacture/sell/delivery of schedule VI over ½ oz, possession/ manufacture/sell/delivery of schedule V, two counts possession of schedule II, possession of schedule IV, and two counts possession/manufacture/sell of a schedule I.

Matthew Cobb, 57, Clairfield

Charges levied against Matthew Cobb include possession of drug paraphernalia (felony), possession/ manufacture/sell/delivery of schedule VI over ½ oz, two counts possession of schedule II, possession of schedule IV, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, possession/manufacture/sell/delivery of schedule II, two counts possession/manufacture/sell/delivery of schedule I, possession/manufacture/sell/delivery of schedule V, and possession of a firearm in the commission of a dangerous felony.

Nephateria Williams, 28, Jellico

Nephateria Williams is charged with possession of schedule IV, possession/manufacture/sell/delivery of schedule II methamphetamine, possession of a firearm in the commission of a dangerous felony, possession of drug paraphernalia (felony), maintaining a drug house, possession/manufacture/sell/delivery of schedule I, possession/manufacture/sell/delivery of schedule V, and two counts possession of schedule II.

Luke Williams, 37, 728 Wooldidge Lane-Jellico, is being held at the county jail on a $150,000 bond.

Matthew Cobb, 57, 175 Rose Lane-Clairfield, remains housed on a $175,000 bond inside the Campbell County Jail.

Nephateria Williams, 28, 728 Wooldridge Lane-Jellico is being held at the county jail on a $125,000 bond.
