THP releases name of man fatally injured in motorcycle crash

Happened Saturday, September 20, in south Campbell County

CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF)- A 2015 Harley-Davidson Road Glide was traveling south on Cherry Bottom Road near State Highway 116 after 11:30pm, September 20.

The motorcycle failed to maintain proper lane and ran off the right side of the roadway into the side of a house, according to the preliminary report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol.

The Harley-Davidson came to an uncontrolled final rest off the right side of the roadway against the house.

The rider of the motorcycle, 46-year old Carl Duncan of Chattanooga, was fatally injured, based on the THP report. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-09/27/2025-6PM)
