Thomas Jefferson Partin, age 74, passed away on Sunday, May 5, 2024.  He was born on July 4, 1949, to the late Green and Rose Palmer Partin.  Thomas was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his family, he loved riding his motorcycle, camping, and anything to do with being outdoors.

In addition to his parents, Thomas is preceded in death by his first wife, Nancy Sue Chadwell Partin; brothers, Green Partin Jr., Charles Partin, and Johnny Partin; and sister, Wilma Spears.

Thomas is survived by his wife, Vivian Partin; sons, Melvin Partin, and wife Betty Jo of LaFollette, Jeff Partin and wife Jennifer of LaFollette; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 PM on Thursday, May 9, 2024, in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home (305 E. Beech Street, LaFollette). Military honor will be provided by the Campbell County Honor Guard at 7 PM with the funeral service to follow with Rev. Bill Braden and Rev. Wade Walls officiating. The family will meet at 9 AM on Friday, May 10, 2024, to go in a funeral procession to Walden Cemetery for a 10 AM interment.
