Special called meeting tonight for the Town of Caryville

CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF)- A special called meeting is slated for tonight at six for the Caryville Board of Mayor and Aldermen at the Caryville Municipal Building. The purpose of the meeting is to host a public hearing on a zone change. It’s about parcel 120 010.00, on Bruce Gap Rd. in Caryville, that is owned by Indian Gap Investment, LLC. The zone change would take the property from Low Density Residential (R-1) to Medium Density Residential (R-2).

After the public hearing, the board will vote on a second reading of Ordinance 2026-02 to change the zone of parcel 120 010.00, on Bruce Gap Rd. in Caryville, and owned by Indian Gap Investment, LLC, from Low Density Residential (R-1) to Medium Density Residential (R-2).
