Ribbon cutting was Friday at noon

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- Destiny Warman welcomed a full house to her new salon and ribbon cutting on Friday at noon. With the ribbon cutting, Serenity Salon & Beauty Bar becomes the first new member of the Campbell County Chamber of Commerce & Tourism for 2026.

“We do hair, nails, spa treatments and spray tans,” said Destiny Warman. Her new business is located at 180 Willoughby Lane near Indian River Marina.

“The best way to tell folks to get here is to take Towe String Road to the Indian River Boat Dock Road. You turn there, and all you need to do is follow the signs,” said Warman.
