JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- At Monday’s County Commission meeting, Campbell County Mayor Jack Lynch announced that the Campbell County Senior Citizens Center will be holding National Senior Health and Fitness Day on Wed., May 28th at 10am.

“It will be a chance for them to show off what they did with that money that you made available to them to do a remodel inside. They have a new floor throughout now, and they are working on painting inside and outside and they have some new restaurant equipment, and they would like to show that off and they would like to invite you to come,” Lynch said.

He said that the senior center would be holding the National Senior Health and Fitness Day event, doing blood pressure checks and wellness checks.

“It’s a nice day for those who want to see how that $65,000 was spent,” Mayor Lynch said. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-05/14/2025-6AM)
