ROCKY TOP, TN (WLAF)- Scotty’s Hamburgers is the new “burger place” in Rocky Top. If you’re hankering for an old-fashioned burger with modern convenience, stop by Scotty’s right off I-75 exit 128 in Rocky Top.
At Scotty’s, burgers are done the old-fashioned way and are hand-patted daily from fresh 100-percent ground beef that’s never frozen, fries that are hand-cut daily and cooked in beef tallow oil and the hot dog chili is made fresh daily too. The restaurant also serves chicken sandwiches, wings, chicken tenders, hotdogs and more.

Scotty’s Hamburgers was originally Burger Boys in South Knoxville. When that restaurant closed, Scott Daugherty, who also owns TN Gas, decided to give the building a second chance in Rocky Top and open up his own restaurant.

The building was moved from South Knoxville to its new home right off I-75 in Rocky Top. The building also underwent a full remodel on the inside, with new paint and all new equipment.

If you’re near Scotty’s (beside Advance Auto Parts) on Highway 441, just off I-75 at exit 128, give them a try. You won’t be disappointed. Also, if you order online, you’ll get 10% off your first order.
