Sandy Kay Strickland Willis, age 38 of Lake City, TN passed away at her home on Monday, April 20, 2020.Â She was born to Steve and Sandra Wilds Strickland in Vidalia, GA on October 9, 1981.Â Sandy was of the Baptist faith and a member of Pine Hill Baptist Church. Â Sandy loved horses, butterflies, flowers, reading books, arts & crafts, sewing but she loved her boys most of all.
