, passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2024. He was a member of Indiana Baptist Church.  He was a US Army veteran, having served in Germany. He retired from the Y-12 National Security Complex after serving as a Chemical Operator for many years.  He enjoyed fishing, and gardening, and was an avid UT fan.  Preceded in death by parents, Verlin & Emalee Henegar Leach; brothers; Earl, Arden, and Eugene Leach; Sister, Faye Leach Carroll.

Survivors

Wife:  Joyce Richardson Leach.

Son:  Richard Leach & wife Pam.

Granddaughter:  Rachel Leach.

Great Grandson:  Andrew Cheatwood.

Brothers:  Elmon & Wayne Leach.

Sister:  Janet Leach Summers.

Several nieces and nephews.

Graveside Services and Interment, 2:00 PM Tuesday, September 10, Powell Valley Cemetery, 206 Henson Rd. LaFollette.  Rev. Steve Ross officiating.
