Robert Rufus Black, age 75, of Stinking Creek Community passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2025. He was a member of Lick Creek Holiness Church. .Robert worked at Service Grocery for man years and at Furtex. Preceded in death by parents: Luther and Lassie Dilbeck Black, brothers: Clayton Dilbeck, Charles Black, Paul Black.

Son: Robert Lynn Black

2 Grandchildren

Sister: Ruth Owens

Several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Family and friends will meet 1pm Sunday, November 9, 2025 at Cross-Smith Funeral Home and proceed to Davis Cemetery in Stinking Creek for 2pm Graveside Service and Interment,

Rev. Hansford Bolton officiating.
