Richard Lynn Kennedy, age 41

Richard Lynn Kennedy, age 41 passed away on Sunday November 2, 2025.

He was born on May 15, 1984. Richard loved spending time with his mom and playing on his phone. He enjoyed riding his 4-wheeler in the mountains.

Richard is preceded in death by his father, Ralph Miller, and niece Brooke Beaty.

He is survived by his mother, Easter Miller of Jacksboro; brother, Wesley Kennedy of LaFollette; sisters, Emily Evans and husband Daryl of Caryville, and Velma Baird of LaFollette, special nephews, Jacob, Devin, and Timothy; and a host of niece and nephews and other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday November 5, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home.  Funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM with Rev. Jerry Foust officiating.  Interment to follow at Harness Cemetery.
