Rep. Dennis Powers attends Lincoln Day Freedom Dinner

NEW TAZEWELL, TN (WLAF)- “A good time was had by all at the Claiborne County Lincoln Day Freedom Dinner,” said State Representative Dennis Powers.

Powers and his wife, Tracy, (above) were in attendance at the Claiborne County High School. A portion of Powers district is in Claiborne County along with all of Campbell and Union Counties.

“We sat at the same table with Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs, or Kane, and I felt a little like “Abel” because Kane is a huge man,” said Powers.
