Rebecca Ann Stiner, age 66, of LaFollette

Rebecca Ann Stiner, age 66, of LaFollette, passed away Thursday, December 18, 2025, at Tennova Health and Rehab Center of LaFollette following a courageous battle with cancer. The family extends gratitude to the compassionate and dedicated staff for their kind and caring professionalism.

Becky graduated from Lincoln Memorial University and spent 36 years as property manager for LaFollette Housing Authority. Her compassion extended to animals, and she spent countless hours fostering and finding homes for cats through various organizations.

Becky was a member of First Baptist Church of LaFollette, where she participated and rejoiced with her choir family.

Becky is preceded in death by her father, Max Stiner and grandparents Henry and Moverine Miller, and Clifford and Ethel Stiner.

She is survived by her mother, Pat Willoughby, and stepfather, Jay Willoughby

Brother: Scott Stiner and wife Kathy

Special Niece: Emily Chapman and husband Levi

Special Aunts: Betty Brown, Bonnie McCullah and husband Bill

Numerous cousins, and her beloved work family and lifelong friends

A Celebration of Life will be held 6-8 PM Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at

Cross-Smith Funeral Home.

In Lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to local animal shelters in Becky’s memory.
