LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- It was a full house Thursday evening inside the Fellowship Hall at the La Follette Methodist Church as the community turned out to celebrate Rissa Pryse as Grand Marshal of the Christmas Parade.

The reception overflowed with laughter and fun stories as family, friends and staff from Terry’s Pharmacy and Refuel IV, Pryse’s business, gathered.
“Well, I ‘m a little bit overwhelmed, not used to being the center of attention. Though I’m proud. I love my town, La Follette. I love what I do, and I love all the people who are here to support me,” said Pryse.
“Oh, and Merry Christmas,” added Pryse.
