Campbell County well represented at Tuesday’s ceremony

NASHVILLE, TN. (WLAF)- State Representative Dennis Powers attended the Electoral College vote on Tuesday.

He is pictured he with Mark Goins, State Election Coordinator and La Follette native, Sen. Richard Briggs, Governor Lee and Rep. John Crawford. The vote was taken, certified and sent to Congress in sealed envelopes.  Tennessee has 11 Electoral Votes and is a winner-takes-all state, therefore, all 11 Electoral Votes were certified for Donald J. Trump.
