Planning commission approves minor lot subdivisions, other business

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- The Campbell County Regional planning commission met Wednesday evening, approving several minor lot subdivisions, a minor lot combination and the “conceptual” plan for a major lot subdivision. 

First approved was a minor lot subdivision for HHH Boat Storage on Cove Point Road. 

Second aporoved was a minor lot combination for Jackie Mahlmeister and Roland Weiskittel on Dillon Lane.

A minor lot subdivision for Mark Lay on Camp Galilee Road was approved, as was a minor lot subdivision for Beau Woods on Brown Fork Road. 

A minor lot subdivision for Dustin Woods on McDeerman Road was approved.

Final business approved was “conceptual” plans for a major lot subdivision for Dustin Woodson on Island Road.

According to County Planner Jordan Rockwell, the “next step they need to do is civil plans and also to ensure that Caryville Jacksboro Utility Board will service it with sewer.” (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-08/08/2025-6AM)
