Pinecrest man escapes serious injury in lawn mower fire

Firefighters with Campbell Rural Fire Service quick to arrive and knock down the fire

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- The call of a riding lawn mower catching fire with the driver still on it came in to Central Dispatch at 4:23 Tuesday afternoon.

A Pinecrest man was mowing leaves with his riding lawn mower when the mower caught fire, according to those first on the scene. The man was not injured.
