Pauline Green, age 101 of Pioneer

Pauline Green, age 101 of Pioneer, passed away on Monday, December 22, 2025, at Tennova Health and Rehab. She was born on October 5, 1924, to the late Matt Reynolds and Perna Meredith Reynolds. Pauline was a member of Friendly Valley Missionary Baptist Church. She also enjoyed fishing, gardening, her flowers, hiking, camping, and spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Arnold Green; brothers, Howard, Ernest, Robert, Charles, James, John Earl, and Woodrow Reynolds; and sisters, Evelyn McCullah, Edith Ayers, Freeda Meredith, Anna Mae Woods, and Ruby Faye Reynolds.

Pauline is survived by her sons, David Green and wife June of Pioneer, Paul Green and wife Una of Pioneer, and John Green of Jacksboro; brother Lon Edward Reynolds; 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Visitation will be from 2:00-4:00 PM on Sunday, December 28, 2025, in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home, with the funeral service to follow at 4:00 PM with Rev. Jimbo Bolton officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 AM on Monday, December 29, 2025, to go in a funeral procession to Meridith Cemetery for an 11:00 AM internment.
