Pamela Elaine Kitts Garner, age 69, passed away on Tuesday, December 9, 2025. Pam loved to collect antique glassware, watching westerns, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a Christian and a registered nurse and supervisor at LaFollette Hospital and other local hospitals for 24 years. Prior to her nursing career, which she loved dearly, she was a lab technician for 12 years.

Pam is preceded in death by her husband, Larry Garner; parents, Dennis and Maxie Ferguson Kitts; and sister-in-law, Rhonda Kitts.

She is survived by her sons, Matthew Welden of Knoxville, Jason Garner of LaFollette, and Eric Garner and wife Lauren of Jacksboro; brothers, Randy Kitts of LaFollette, Marty Kitts and wife Becky of Speedwell, and Albert Kitts and wife Kelly of LaFollette; sister, Sherry Carlson; 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 PM on Monday, December 15, 2025, in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM with Rev. Lonnie Welden officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:15 AM on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at Martin Wilson Funeral Home to go in funeral procession to Woodlawn Cemetery for an 11:00 AM interment.

The family has entrusted the care of Pamela Elaine Kitts Garner to Martin Wilson Funeral Home “Where Families Matter Most.”
