Norris Lake Wine and Spirits is WLAF’s Business of the Week

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- Norris Lake Wine and Spirits is WLAF’s Business of the Week and is currently offering a “Winter Send-off Sale” of $10 off online purchases of $75 and up!  With “a bottle for every occasion,” Norris Lake Wine and Spirits has something for all tastes and is your one stop shop for wine, spirits and everything in between.

They also host different free tasting events every Friday, with a beer tasting today, March 6^th beginning at 4! Tastings run from 4 to 7 pm and are anything from “staff picks to wine tastings, liquor tastings, and more. Keep an eye out on Facebook and the website for seasonal tastings as well!

The business is “locally owned and proud to serve La Follette.” It is conveniently located in the Food City Shopping Center; stop by for the “great bottles, great prices, and great people.”The business is owned by John and Raewyn Snodderly, who officially opened on December 8, 2025, and said it had been a “great experience” and “well received by the community.”

They also offer a full line of Norris Lake Wine and Spirits swag, shirts, hats, glasses and more.

With 8,000 square feet of store space and 6,500 feet of retail space, they have plenty of room for tastings and other events. They can also help you plan the drinks for whatever private event you are hosting.

“We can-do events in terms of working with brides or grooms to determine how much alcohol is needed for weddings or whatever type of event you are hosting. We do consultations and can help you decide on how much of a product you need for an event,” Raewyn Snodderly said.

Norris Lake Wine and Spirits has a knowledgeable staff, so even if you don’t know what wine pairs best with what recipe, they can advise you or just come in, roam around and take a look at what they offer.

They also host ticketed events such as the Galentines event which was held for Valentines Day.

“We had a ball, we were sold out, we had an absolute blast, I got to meet people I had not met before, it was so much fun, and we will definitely be hosting more ticketed events,” Snodderly said.

According to Raewyn, opening the store is something she and John have “thoroughly enjoyed” doing together and they extended a “thank you the community for the support they have shown and for the city of LaFollette for helping with this endeavor.”
