Mrs. Mildred “Cootie” Rigney Silcox

Age 75 of Jellico passed away Friday, October 31, 2025, at home.  She was born December 02, 1949.

     Mildred is preceded in death by:

Husband: Gary Wayne Silcox

Sons: Jerry Wayne Silcox, Johnny Wayne Silcox

Father: Woodrow Rigney

Mother: Leta (Bell) Rigney

Brothers: Tony Rigney, James “J.C.” Rigney

Sisters: Fannie Albertini, Helen Thomas, Iva Marie Perkins, Charlotte “Peachie” Dople

     She is survived by:

Daughter: Michelle “Shelle” Silcox

Son: Gary Lee Silcox

Grandchildren: Shelbey Silcox, Savanna Silcox, Sierra Silcox

Brothers: Woodrow Rigney, Jr., Bill Rigney

Sister: Betty Jeffers

The family will receive friends: 1 – 2 p.m. Monday, November 03, 2025, Harp Funeral Home Chapel with the Memorial Services at 2 p.m.
