Michael Ray Evans, age 64, of LaFollette, passed away on Saturday, December 13th, 2025. He was a member of Mercy Church and owner of Evans Home Inspection Services. He is preceded in death by his Parents: Paul and Mary Campbell Evans, Sister: Elaine Greene.

Survived by:

Wife: Rebecca Pierce Evans.

Daughter: Cierra Ladd and Husband Joseph.

Sons: Eric Teague, Britt Teague and Wife Danielle.

Grandchildren: Kainen, Aaliyah, Cloey, John, Skylar, Aiden, Braxton, Arya, Malachi, Brandon, Nathan, Jathan and Brayden.

Special Daughter in Law: Rene Grubb.

Brother: Allen Evans and Wife Kim.

Sister: Tammy Montgomery and Husband Joe.

Several Nieces and Nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5pm-7pm on Tuesday, December 16th at Cross-Smith Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 7pm. Rev. Brian Goins and Rev. Michael Dent officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10am on Wednesday, December 17th at Cross-Smith Funeral Home and proceed to Powell Valley Cemetery for an 11am interment.
