Mary Margaret McAlister Sweat, age 78, passed away on March 11, 2022 at her home.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Mary McAlister; son, James Jay Swallow; and brother, Paul McAlister.

She is survived by her husband, Elmo Sweat; son, Richard Sweat; daughter, Bridgette Sue Freeman and husband Jackie; brother, Terry McAlister; and sister, Paulette Lemas; 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Service times will be announced at a later date.

Mary’s wishes were to be cremated.
